1. How long will it take for me to get my order?
Upon the receipt of your order, we will immediately confirm the exact delivery date. If the product is in stock we will ship within 2/3 business days;
if the product is not in stock, we will immediately inform you and, after your authorization, we will proceed with the production and the delivery within the given deadline.
If you have further questions about this don’t hesitate to contact us, we will give you all the help you need.
2. How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are already included in the price, as you can see during the confirmation of your order.
3. Will my parcel be insured, and will I need to sign for it?
Your parcel is insured by SB by Stefano Borella during transit up until the point when it is delivered to you. A signature will be required for every delivery, at that point, the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to you.
4. Can I change my delivery address once my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. But before the shipment you can contact us at email@example.com and change the address if you want.
5. Can I track my order?
Of course, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email detailing the courier and the tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your order.
6. How much is the returns charge?
For all orders, from the day you will receive your product, you have 4 working days to return the product. Shipping costs for the return and exchange of the product will be FREE for you.
The free return/exchange is NOT valid for products in SALE or OUTLET.
7. Can I return a damaged item?
Of course you can return items with defects or quality problems.
If you find that your items have any manufacturing defects or quality problems, you should immediately email Stefano Borella Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0041 788260178, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (GMT). SB by Stefano Borella Client Services will provide you with full instructions to return your goods.
As soon as we will receive the item, we will carefully examine it and if any damages or defects are identified, we will repair or replace them free of charge. If we are unable to repair or replace your item, we will offer you a full refund.
Please note: If your items are not deemed faulty, damaged, do not have any quality issues or have been damaged due to misuse, you will not be entitled to repairs/replacements or refunds and SB by Stefano Borella will return the items back to you, at your expense and liability.
